Tokenized Pool Share on XRP Ledger

VRUXP Institutional
Pool Share on the XRPL

A tokenized claim on a managed pool of Valereum and XRP, held in a 70/30 USD-weight basket and issued by QGP SPC. Each token's value reflects the pool's net asset value divided by outstanding supply.

What is VRUXP?

VRUXP is a Multi-Purpose Token on the XRP Ledger representing a proportional claim on a managed off-chain pool of Valereum and XRP, maintained at a 70/30 USD-weight ratio. Each token's value is established by the pool's net asset value divided by outstanding tokens. An automated market-making program maintains the tradeable price near this per-share value.

Tokenized Pool Share

Each token represents a proportional claim on the pool, comparable to an open-end fund unit. At initial sizing one token represents approximately $70 of Valereum exposure and $30 of XRP exposure. Value moves with the underlying basket.

70/30 Basket

The pool targets a 70% Valereum and 30% XRP weighting by USD value. Composition drifts as prices move. The custodian rebalances on a weekly schedule to restore target weights.

Per-Share NAV

The target trading value is the pool's net asset value divided by outstanding tokens. As basket value moves, the target moves with it. The market-making program maintains the tradeable price near this target.

Price-Stabilization Program

An automated program trades against the public VRUXP/XRP liquidity pool to maintain the tradeable price near the current per-share NAV. It holds both VRUXP and XRP reserves and operates passively, acting only when the price breaches tolerance.

On-Chain Compliance

Protocol-level compliance through XRPL MPT: token-level holder authorization, freeze, clawback, and native escrow. Same institutional flag set as VLTN+, issued from the same QGP SPC account.

Pool Management and Price Stabilization

VRUXP has two independent operations: the custodian rebalances the off-chain basket on a schedule, and an automated program maintains the on-chain tradeable price near per-share NAV.

Pool Rebalancing

Off-chain, custodian operations

Restores the Valereum/XRP basket to 70/30 USD weight on a weekly schedule, or sooner if weights drift significantly. Moves real assets held in the SPV. The official audit snapshots reserves, weights, and per-share NAV on a published schedule. Pool rebalancing does not change the token count and affects per-share NAV through changes in pool composition.

Price Stabilization

On-chain, automated program

Maintains the tradeable token price near the current per-share NAV in the public VRUXP/XRP liquidity pool. The program trades against the pool from a dedicated wallet holding both VRUXP and XRP reserves. It operates passively, quoting within a tolerance band and acting only when the price breaches tolerance. Price stabilization does not change the token count or per-share NAV; it affects the tradeable price around NAV.

How Per-Share Value Is Established

Per-share value is pool net asset value divided by outstanding tokens. The target moves with the basket.

Price Stabilization Program

An automated program maintains the tradeable price near per-share NAV.

Custody and Legal

Issued under a segregated portfolio of QGP SPC. Self-custody in the initial version.

QGP SPC Segregated Portfolio

VRUXP is issued under a segregated portfolio of the existing Cayman Islands Segregated Portfolio Company (registration CR-416223) that also issues VCORE and VLTN+. Each token class sits in its own legally and financially separated portfolio. The structure permits elevation to a dedicated SPV in a future version.

Custody

For the initial deployment, the SPV wallet self-custodies the on-chain XRP leg. Valereum holdings are recorded off-chain in the pool manifest. This matches the established off-chain pool, on-chain token pattern used for VLTN+.

Planned Upgrade

A future version will introduce formal third-party custody for the Valereum leg and periodic independent audits. The specification is written so this is a custody-section replacement with no structural change to the token, the pool, or the program.
