VCORE and VLTN+ are Multi-Purpose Tokens on the XRP Ledger. To receive them, your account must opt in first. This is a standard part of the XRPL protocol: select your token, scan once, and sign. VRUXP is in specification; its opt-in will be enabled after mainnet deployment.
